MAISON & OBJET
Paris
2018
In 2018, I had the privilege of showcasing my interior design expertise at prestigious fairs, Maison&Objet in Paris and Batibouw in Brussels. My focus was on designing the exhibition booths to promote the exquisite new line of lamps, "les petites," for the renowned Antwerp design house of Monsieur Tricot.
The "les petites" lamps, a distinctive collection of knitted outdoor lighting designed by the talented Belgian designer Ilia Eckardt, brought together traditional techniques, high-performance materials, and modern technology. The hanging and standing lamps cast a warm glow and create beautiful shadows, adding a touch of enchantment to any space.
For both exhibition booths, I conceptualized an aesthetic contrast that highlighted the lamps' natural, elegant shapes against the strong lines of the geometric space they inhabited. The booths were adorned with fresh moss, bringing a natural touch that harmoniously blended with the lamps' design.
It was a rewarding experience working on these booths, showcasing the unique beauty of "les petites" lamps and the artistry of Monsieur Tricot. The positive response from visitors at Maison&Objet and Batibouw underscored the success of the design, and I take great pride in contributing to the promotion of such exceptional pieces. #InteriorDesign #ExhibitionBooth #LampDesign #MonsieurTricot #DesignFair
