SPILL THE TEA
Illustration

At "Spill the Tea" drag events, I had the incredible opportunity to craft an illustration that became the defining identity of a series of captivating drag shows in Antwerp.

Drawing inspiration from 90s girl magazine covers, I curated a design that flawlessly blended drag queen references and queer aesthetics within the same vibrant space.

This project holds a special place in my heart as it celebrates the unapologetic spirit of drag culture while embracing the uniqueness of the LGBTQ+ community. The illustration not only encapsulates the essence of the events but also serves as a powerful symbol of inclusivity and creative expression.

"Spill the Tea" events have been a platform for hosting international drag superstars, including the likes of Raja, renowned for their appearances in RPDR Season 2 and

All Stars 7.

Witnessing my illustration become an integral part of these spectacular shows has been an immensely fulfilling experience.

Through "Spill the Tea," I've had the privilege to contribute to the celebration of diversity and individuality, using art as a catalyst for empowerment and unity within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

I am happy that I have been part of this space of creativity and acceptance, where art and drag culture intertwine to create magical moments that inspire, uplift, and embrace the true essence of self. Let's continue to promote inclusivity, celebrate authenticity, and create spaces where everyone can shine and express their unique identity.
